Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery
U.S. Domestic Shipping (Continental United States Only. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.)
Free Standard Shipping: We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery is 5-8 business days.
International Shipping
PCM Collectibles does not ship items internationally.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high order volumes.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Damages and Issues
The condition of our collectibles is of the utmost importance. We package all items securely to prevent damage during transit.
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at SUPPORT@PCM-COLLECTIBLES.COM with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.
2. Eligibility for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
In the same condition that you received it.
In its original, unopened packaging (if applicable).
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
Contact us at SUPPORT@PCM-COLLECTIBLES.COM with the subject line “Return Request: Order #[Your Order Number]”.
In the email, please state the reason for your return.
We will provide you with instructions on where to send the return package.
Please do not send items back to us without first requesting a return.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Important: Original shipping costs are non-refundable (this applies to any paid expedited or international shipping fees).
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at SUPPORT@PCM-COLLECTIBLES.COM.
6. Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
